Receiving the cash transfer means so much to me. I believe it will change my life positively especially since I'm unable to do heavy work after I got into an accident. With the first cash transfer I intend to purchase building materials such as iron sheets and building blocks. I intend to use about KES 15000. With the remaining amount I intend to purchase clothes and other household goods that I may need. For the second cash transfer I intend to construct a house where I will open a posho mill business. For the third cash transfer I intend to start my posho mill business which will be a source of income. I intend to use KES 45000 of the cash transfers on this.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiness over the past 6 months has come from a piece of land I leased in Njoro. Once I planted one hector of maize I felt very delighted and happy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently, I'm facing a lot of challenges, since 2019 after I got into a road accident while working as a truck driver. This has really affected my life greatly since I'm unable to do any heavy work. This has made my life difficult since I don't have money to sustain myself which makes my life really difficult.
