What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent a portion of my last transfer on finishing the construction my house which I had began some time back. I was in a house that had no proper ventilation as it lacked windows. I therefore purchased 4 steel windows which I inserted in the house. I also purchased 5 goats that I planned to raise and later sell to meet school fee needs for my children. Lastly, I paid for some leased plot of land that I intended to cultivate for commercial purposes.
