How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have new goals I previously planned and told givedirectly that I wanted to renovate my house to plaster and tile.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I thank Givedirectly for giving me this money since I built my mud house I never had the means of putting cement or tiles. Givedirectly help me to plaster and tiled my house. I can not point out any wrong givedirectly done in the community that I know of.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought twelve cartoon of tiles, 14 bags of cement and food stuff for the house.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have any new goals yet because my mind is only faced on improving my house for my kids and I to have a comfortable place to sleep.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly has put a roof over my head, they gave me shelter. They have brought positive change in my community. These are the good things tgat Givedirectly does well and continue to do. So far, they've been doing well and I have not seen any fault from them.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I planned on purchasing ten (10)bags of cement to be added to the few leftovers from the first transfer, I have also decided to buy two(2) cartoons of tiles for the floor. Some of the cash will be sent to my daughter in Monrovia for the completion of fees and the rest will be used for labour fees for the construction of the house.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
My husband and I were on our way to the farm when the message came but I ignored thinking it was just a message. But when my husband held the phone n read the message, he shouted out loud after reading the content. We hugged and sang song in our local dialect(Grebo) We were filled with happines, so we came back to plan properly on cashing out and how to use the money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I don't have to worry about clearing farmland before my kids eat or go to school. Now I can improve my house and sleep peacefully with no stress. This makes me so happy in my daily life after I started receiving Givedirectly cash.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought ten(10 )bags of cement to renovate the house I am currently in. I paid the balance fees for my seven children. I also bought assorted food items. I bought furniture like mattress, sticks, window bar and screens to beautify my home.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"Farming has been our major source of income over the years but before the farming season starts or after, I feel guilty not having any means of helping my husband to care for the family. So upon receiving this cash, I will start a business that will serve as another means of income for my family."
What is the happiest part of your day?
"Low yield of crops has been the hallmark of our farming season for a long period of time but this farming season, the harvest was plentious that we sold a lot, reserved some and we even invited friends and family form afar to take part of the harvest and have a take home package. This brought me so much joy .
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"As i said previously, my challenge has been to have another source of income that will enable me buttress the effort of my husband independently in terms of supporting the family".
