Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The most evident impact is that I have acquired household items most especially a bed, a mattress and livestock that I could not afford in the past. I had no plans of ever acquiring livestock in the near future. I am glad that the cash transfer has made it possible within a shortest period of time.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I remember the money was delivered on my mobile money account early morning. When I read the message, I was overwhelmed with joy and excitement because this was a chance for me to transform my household.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent the first cash transfer to purchase two cows worth UGX 1170000 and household items such as a bed worth UGX 100000 and a mattress worth UGX 95000 and shoes worth UGX 6000. The remaining cash transfer will be spent on other family basic needs such as food and medical care.
