I am very grateful for receiving my first transfer because since my birth, I have always slept on the floor but thanks to Givedirectly am sleeping on a very comfortable mattress

"When I receive my transfer, I plan to do two things; I will build my house with portion of my transfer and also do business so that I won't have to struggle anymore".

"In the last 6months I have not really experienced happiness because of my present condition. However, with Givedirectly presence here today, it have brought joy to me and have given an answer to my prayer ".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"My main challenge now is that I don't have a house of my own and I can't afford to get things I need because I don't have money. My husband left me since May 2021 and since than I have been struggling on my own. My main source of income is farming but my farm did not produce enough crops last year so things are really hard ".
