What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer to hire a tractor to till my lands in preparation for planting. I spent money to buy hybrid seeds. I spent 20,000 KES to pay my debt and also hired a land for farming at 12000 KES
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I am no longer stressed about loan repayment because I managed to repay the loan. I would not have managed to pay the loan without the transfer, thank you GD
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has brought alot of changes in the community through cash transfers. I have not seen anything they did not do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on offsetting a loan of 30,000 KES which i took from a micro-finance institution to pay my children school fees ,i invested what was left into my maize selling business to improve my sells by adding more stock.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is having offset the loan that was giving me so much stress giving the fact that the time for paying it back had elapsed.

I'm planning to spend my upcoming cash transfer on increasing stock in my business and pay a loan that I borrowed earlier.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to do better farming to increase productivity. Secondly l would like to renovate my house . Finally l would like to pay school fees to the orphans l am taking care of.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that we have struggled to build our permanent house.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in life is over dependency by orphans.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when all my family members are in good health.
