What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to pay school fees, hiring 2 acres of land, paid for ploughing, bought food, maize seeds and saved UGX 6730,000 to start up a business of selling produce.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well to give me cash that I spent for paying school fees and farming activities. GiveDirectly was not fair to leave out people in my community who had national ID's.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The biggest difference in my life is that, I have got additional two acres of land that I believe will increase my yields this sason. The agricultural produce I get will help me in paying my children's school fees. Previously, my children were sent from school because I didn't pay their fees in time since agricultural produce were low.

That moment when I received my cash transfer, I remained calm but inside me, I was very happy. I then knelt down in prayer to thank God for his providence through GiveDirectly.
