What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my first lumpsum transfer, I extended my main house from 22 to 40 iron sheets at a total cost of 20000 KES, I spent 20000 KES on a cow and I constructed a latrine with the remaining 9725 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I have a big difference in my daily life since GD has enabled me acquire an improved sanitation-a latrine that has reduced cases of cholera outbreaks and contamination of food in my household and the neighboring homes.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to buy sand, cement, timber, round poles, nails and iron roofing sheets which I will use to enlarge my house.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having been able to educate my children after my spouse passed away. It was a difficult process especially since I was the sole breadwinner.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of a sustainable source of income for myself. I am the sole breadwinner for my family and as I continue ageing it becomes more difficult for me to cater for all my family's basic needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is around midday when I am relaxing with my family and friends.
