How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different in the last four months is that I was able to plaster my house. One of my life dreams was to build a permanent house. Due to the low income from casual work and farming, I was not able to buy building materials required to build a permanent house. I had to settle with what I had which was an iron-roofed house and mud-walled. When I received my last transfer, I used it to buy cement, sand, and ballast which I used to plaster my house. Right now I feel very comfortable in my house.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal in the next four months is to buy at least two more cows. I would want to have herds of cattle I which leave an inheritance for my sons when I finally die. I would not want to leave them empty handed.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I have desired to have livestock in my compound for many years now but due to low income from casual work and farming, I have never been able to to buy them. I had given up in buying them since I was getting old and I had no stable source of income. I decided to focus on other needs which I could be able to afford. When I started receiving these transfers, I was able to use it to buy two cows which I have in my compound. I do not feel as poor as I used to feel without the cows.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I would want to buy household items such as sofa sets, television, and water tank. These are the house items I feel I lack in my house. If I do this, I will be at peace because I will have accomplished my desires.

The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving payments is that, I have managed to buy sheep which will be a profit on my side when I sell then in future.

I expect my life to change in the next six months in that, I will live in a decent house after cementing it.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from how it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, I sleep in a comfortable place after buying a matress and bed.

My new goal is to cement my house to look decent.

The biggest hardship I've faced in life is old age, l can't provide for my family as I did during my younger days.

The happiest part of my day is at night when with my family having an assessment on how the day's activities were undertaken.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer to start a business hoping that there will be continuous return from the business. This will result to economic independence in my household.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I'm proudest of is cattle farming that started off with a single cow, from it I gained enough to take my children to school.
