I spent my entire third transfer which is providng my family with milk which we even sell to earn money to pay school fees
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I would not have received the transfer, I would be in too much debt which I do not know how I would have paid. Thank you GD for the transfer
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did research in a good way to establish the right recipients for the transfers. GiveDirectly should conduct field visits after sending all the transfers to establish whether it was used correctly

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my second transfer on buying an ox for cultivation purposes 15,000 KES and three goats 9,000 KES.I paid school fees for my three children who are in primary school and high school respectively.I paid cultivation fees in preparation of my farm for planting ground nuts .I bought bedding and clothes for my wife .I have also saved some money 15,000 KES which I am still planning to invest on cultivation with it.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest differences in my daily life which I can mention is that my three children are going to school fees with no school fees arrears and this has enhance peace between my spouse and I in our home.I have also restarted my livestock vending business to get daily income.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We have planned to buy a dairy cow and I will build a house for my children so that they will not have to move out to look for somewhere to sleep.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The proudest achievement is that I took my eldest son through high school and he now has his own job.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship is that I have been in big debts that I have not been able to pay,which have led me to sell some of my properties.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when I come home from work and I have something to eat.
