What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying building materials (iron sheets and nails). I also bought a cow that my husband is plan to use in paying my dowry. We have saved some money too to use during dowry payment.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is having building materials ready which gives me the hope of soon building my house. Being that I'm staying in a rental house, this will save me the cost of paying house rent monthly which is very expensive.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I never had means of purchasing iron sheets in order to build an iron-roofed house of my own and therefore when I received my first transfer, I made a decision that I will no longer live in a rental house a year to come. This would just be possible if I started spending on building materials like I bought iron sheets with the whole of the money.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my first transfer, I felt very happy. This is because I am tired and sick of staying in a rental and this would be a great liberation to my life.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have is paying house rent since I don't have a house at home.I pay KSH 800 per month but it is not easy to raise.Currently I have rent arrears of three months amounting to KSH 2400.
What is the happiest part of your day?
There is no specific time in any day that I can say I am or will be happy. My happiness only comes when I cook chapatis and sell them all since it is the only source of income I have.Selling them all means that my family will not go hungry.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that I will stop paying rent because I will build my own house in my husband's ancestral land.
