Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I am still living in a grass-thatched house which I am hoping to bring down and construct an iron-roofed one as it is not in a very good condition. I have been purchasing the required construction materials, but I do not have enough yet, so my main goal is to keep purchasing them untill I can finally construct a new house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
During the last farming season, I spent most of my transfers in purchasing quality farm inputs and even hiring labour to help with the farm work. This enabled me to have a bumper harvest which kept me away from buying maize which has become so expensive lately. I also have excess to sell in case of any emergencies or in case I fail to earn any income due to lack of jobs. The difference in my daily life is that I have food security because of the transfers that enabled me to buy quality inputs and I do not have to go hungry even on days that I do not have any income.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I have been spending most of my transfers on roofing sheets for the past one year with the hope of constructing a new house to replace the current one that is leaking because I have not been able to get grass within our area to cover up the leaking areas. I am close to getting all the required construction materials for the new house and I hope that in six months, I will be living in a better spacious iron-roofed house.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
I have been using the money to cultivate my farm by hiring casual workers on short contract terms. The help of the contracted has always been immense because in most cases I am always capable of finishing the work in good time without delays.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I do not really have an additional goal, because right now my main focus is to ensure that my house is in place within the next three to four months. This is a vital project for me because it is something I have always wanted to achieve but then due to lack of financial resources, it has remained to be a long shot.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I have been using the money to accomplish a number of things but the most important one is the number of iron sheets that I have been purchasing every month using the transfers. So far I have accumulated a total of seventeen pieces of iron sheets which I will use when I will be building a new house in the foreseeable future.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My life will changes because I will have accumulated some cash which I use to buy more domestic animals such as goats and more sheep which I will be a boost to my animal farming project. The advantage of having these animals is that I can be able to sell them out in the event that I run out of finances in the unforeseeable future.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Four months ago, I was under my mother's care, but I moved into my house a few months ago as an independent household. Life has been so tough as I am now the sole breadwinner for my family unlike before when my mother and I assisted each other. I am slowly becoming a man and I am glad that GD has been with me through it all.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I don't have any new goals at the moment as I am still struggling to achieve the previous one I had set of constructing a new house. I want to focus on purchasing the required materials in the next few months and construct the house before the next rainy season. This is because our current house leaks a lot and it will be tough for my family if we don't have a new one before then.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
My job does not earn me much, and most of the time, I would even fail to make any money the whole day because there are not many customers in the area. This would result in lack of daily needs resulting in my family going hungry especially during such famine seasons as this. With the help of GD transfers, this has become history because we can now beat the hunger by managing to buy a few necessities even during tough times.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I hope that in six months' time, I will have a completed the new house so that I can focus on opening my own barbershop. I am currently employed and it is not an easy task because I have to split part of my daily earnings with the shop owner. This is the main reason why I desperately need to have my own shop so that even when I make little money,I will not have to share.
