Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so happy and very grateful..The money meant a new beginning for my household as some of the major challenges that I have been facing will come to an end..For example there will be no more leakage as my roof will be fixed.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference is that in my household there is enough food for everyone..I also bought blankets thus we will be protected from the cold(winter season)
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the cash to purchase iron sheets which will be used for maintaining my house..I also bought a huge mattress and blankets for the whole household.. I then bought some bags of maize and a few bags of fertilizers to be used for the rainy season..I saved some of the money so that I can pay the builders for labour.
