How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I'm happy because the cash transfer I received from GD helped me to cater for my medical bills which would have not been possible because I never had the money.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD has improved our livelihood by supporting us financally and there is nothing bad it has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy Iron sheets at 170,000ugx, a window at 75,000ugx, a Door at 180,000ugx, Nails at 48,000ugx, Iron bars at 210,000ugx, Cement at 280,000ugx, Sand at 100,000ugx, Timber at 570,000ugx.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I have been in position to get better health services and am hoping to get better soon, since this money has enabled me pay for an operation I needed that I couldn't afford before.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money I became very happy, knowing that I was to get treatment with it, since I was diagonised with cervical cancer.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent 350,000UGX of my first transfer to pay for my treatment and have not spent the rest of the money but am planning to spend on, buying a cow, bedding's and making for bricks.

The happiest part of my day is in the noon time when my children return from school.

The biggest hardship that I am faced with is inadequacy of money to cater for the scholastic needs of my children.
