How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has greatly changed in that, the dream I had of constructing a commercial house is being made a reality. Although I haven't commenced the construction, these transfers have given me a big stepping stone towards achieving it. In the future, I hope be making rental income from this house when completed.
