What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is lack of money to cater for my household needs. My husband was sentenced for 35 years. This has affected my household's way of life since he was the key bread winner. For instance, sometimes when there are no sales from our small bussiness, we end up going to bed without food.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon. This is the time most of my customers who buy million fish "mukene" come to my home to buy fish. This makes me happy because these afternoon sales cater for my needs.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means changing from sleeping in an old house with a leaking roof and broken wall to a new big iron roof house that, will be shared together with all members of my family.
