How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has greatly changed that I even look good I can wear good clothes, eat well and own property that I never owned. Thank you GD.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD has done well to give me money that I used to buy land that I never owned. and secondly am going to build a house. However I don't see anything GD has not done well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer as follows, I bought a cow @300000Ugx, land @1200000Ugx, poles @100000Ugx and transport I spent 33000Ugx.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent 1,000,000 ugx to buy one bull and one cow. I spent 160,000 ugx on a solar panel. I also spent 200,000 ugx to buy household items and I hired two acres of land with the balance of the cash transfer.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was full of joy. When I first saw the message, I ran out to meet my brother while jubilating while screaming that I had received money on my phone from givedirectly.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My daily life as changed so much, I now wear nice clothes. I am very happy because givedirectly sent me this cash transfer that has transformed me. My life was very miserable, I had tattered clothes and I used to walk bare footed. My life is so different now.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is lack of money for building ironroofed house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest moment is during afternoon after grazing my fathers animals,i go relaxing with friends

Receiving this money means to build permanent ironroofed house. This is because currently iam sleeping is leaking and can collapse any time.
