How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different from how it was four months with me able to study for long hours after I bought a solar lamp using part of the transfer.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal is to start agro-forestry or even horticultural farming. I want to increase my income.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my life is that I am self-reliant. I opened a barber shop so with this I am able to support myself without having to rely soley on my parents.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
Hopefully in the next six months,I expect my life to have changed for the best with my income having grown ,that is,when my goals go as planned.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving the money from GiveDirectly is that I'm now more steady with my studies because I have already cleared school fee, so I do not have any worries of being sent back home for school fee.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to have already started farming vegetable vegetables in the next six months, this will give me easy time in future especially in meeting my education needs.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from the way it would have been in that I now have a reliable source of light for studying thus I can comfortably do my studies without any challenges. I also cleared my school fee and this has given me an easy time with my studies because I'm not worried anymore of being sent back home for school fee.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
I have a new goal of farming vegetable so that I'll be able to get extra source of school fee and school equipment other than relying on my parents.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I am facing is lack of stable source of income to provide for my family's basic needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I play football with my peers as it helps me relax after working during the day.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend part of my transfer on renovating my house. The remaining amount I shall use on buying a bull which will help us with ploughing to improve our farming activities.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is being able to build an iron sheet roofed house as I used to sleep at the neighborhood.
