How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Our plan my wife and I was to build our own house and educated all of our children, because the hut in question we live in is just one room, for this reason my seven living children and I can't live in one roon. Most of my children sometime sleep with my mother in law and others community members, only because the one room is very small for everyone of us. All of payments when to was building material and my children school fees, just for the betterment of our children future. Not with standing my brother things hed been very difficult for me and my family in this County, and more over my wife and I not from this Rivercess County we came from Grand Bassa County district number one. I just one to exstand my many thanks and appreciation to the entire family of GiveDirectly for their intermediate support towards my family and l. As I speak right now all of my children are back in school and building project is on going. Again thank you GiveDirectly.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My wife and I are with many children. There have been lot of struggle in supporting the children because of poverty. I have tried my possible best to school my children but there ìs no way. I have also been planning to build a new house for me and my family because the house that we are living in is very small and it can not accommodate me and my family. I am so much happy for this money because it has help me so greatly. I use the first transfer of it to buy zinc, I am sawing planks now to start my house project. With the transfer, I was also able to send my children back to school for a better future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, I believe that GiveDirectly does well by visiting every deserving households the various communities during the enrolment process and also determining their eligibility. I strongly believe that there is or was no deserving households that were left out. Therefore, due to this reason I think there is nothing that is not done well by GiveDirectly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When I receive my recent transfer, I bought Zinc, planks, and other building materials for the construction of my house. I also used portion of it to send my children back to school because I need them to acquire quality education for a better future. The remaining portion of the transfer, I used it to buy food and my wife is now doing business to increase our financial strength in the future.
