What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I am successfully enrolled in to Give Directly's Cash transfer program, I want to use some of the money to pay the tuition of my children as well as complete my house that my husband and I were building. As you can see my late husband and I were living in this house that we try building but unfortunately for me, he just died one week ago, so currently, I don't have any one to help my children, that's why I said I will use some of the money to pay their school fees.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months, what brought me joy or happiness is when my husband was firstly discharged from the hospital. I was happy to see him back home because, the house was too lonely for just I alone, though I didn't know that he was going to die.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I'm currently facing many challenges but the major challenge that I am currently facing is the death of my husband. Like I said earlier, my husband just died one week ago, November 1, 2021 and up to now, I can't believe that he is no more. Even though he had three wives , two other wives including myself, but I am deeply hurt because he and I were living together in this house, while trying to help our children with their school but now that he has gone to rest, everything is now on my head alone.
