Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My daily life has greatly improved in that, I live happily. With this transfer, I was able to buy an ox and beddings. Previously, I hired oxen from people who at times were very unreliable since they came to plough my farm land out of season even when I could pay them in advance. This problem is now solved since I will be cultivating on time. In addition, I personally slept on a mat in order to allow my spouse to share the only mattress we owned with the children.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the money, I felt calm and informed my wife about the good news. I agreed with her to settle the most pressing need first and that was an ox for ploughing.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I bought an ox worth Ugx 960000, paid back a loan of Ugx 300000, bought a bed and two mattresses at Ugx 226000. I also paid medical bills of Ugx 120000 and the balance was spent on clothes.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I receive this money, I will buy some piece of land for agriculture because currently I don't have enough land to do agriculture. I will also buy a cow for milk production that we shall consume at home then buy also bulls and an ox-plough to help in agriculture so that my yields are high at the end of the season.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up well and go to the garden.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is illness. I am living HIV positive and this has weakened me physically to participate wholesomely in agriculture prompting me to sometimes hire labour.
