How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Upon receiving GD cash grant my new goal is to improve my dwelling house. My family and I do live in the same house. I have eight (8) biological living children along with three (3) grand kids living under the same roof but our house still needs other improve for a better living condition. In so doing, I'm developing my house for my family.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
It was like a dream to me because I was not expecting such huge money to be given free to me. Most especially something that I didn't work for. I was filled with joy when I received that Life changing message from Give Directly
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Things was very difficult on me before I could get enrolled on this Give Directly program. It had been my greatest worry that I earn some cash to improve my house roof but things had been very hard on me that I couldn't. When it rains, my entire house can be leaking but I'm very happy now that I have received my first transfer. At least with this transfer, I was able to buy zinc to improve my house roof. Special thanks and appreciation goes to Give Directly for empowering me financially to solve my problems and to restart my life.
