How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life will really change after being in the program for I will now own a house out of the money I received.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly is doing everything just fine and they should continue with the program
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have not yet used the money I received, but I am planning on buying materials for building my house and these include doors, timber, nails, classes and bricks.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very happy when i got the money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I used the money to buy food that i am eating with my family up to date. I sleep on a decent date with a mattress on it and there is no longer hunger in my household like we used to have it not long ago. This mony has really changed my life in a positive way
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the money on iron sheets, mattress, plates, maize, clothes for me and the children.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
The money means so much to me and my 2 children, we are going to buy food, beddings and clothes. We have been living in poverty for quite some time and we thank GD for the gift.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband is involved in a bicycle taxi business(kabaza) so recently it has been very hard for him to find any customers, sometimes he even comes back home with no any money for food.
