Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I have a great difference in improved shelter. I have built a nice modern house that is spacious enough to accommodate my family. I feel so much relieved of stress since I am no longer worried when it rains. I sleep in a better environment with no more exposure to pneumonia. I intend to spend the money that I used initially on medication to buy food and clothes. I am sure that sooner, I will grow stronger and healthier and be able perform my daily chores like farming effectively.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I heard an alert message in my phone when I was preparing to go and search for casual labor in the sugarcane plantations as usual. When I checked, the message was a confirmation of money transferred in my account. I felt confused and knelt down and prayed. I thought I was praying in a low tone but was making noise instead. It was unbelievable. I felt very happy and relieved of stress.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have withdrawn the transfer and spent it on constructing a new house. I used to live in an old house that was profusely leaking. This exposed me to harsh weather and extreme cold at night especially during rainy season. I suffered a lot from cold related ailments like pneumonia. Frequent sickness of pneumonia made me spend much money on treatments that I would have spent on food and other basic needs instead.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that there will be an increase in my income. This will increase my purchasing power hence I shall spend this money on renovating my house since it is not currently in a good condition. Its walls and floor is muddy hence unsuitable to live in during heavy rainy seasons.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I have completed all my daily activities such as preparing my farms for planting, weeding and harvesting. I just feel very happy whenever I reflect on the daily objectives that I manage to achieve.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in life is living in a pathetic and uncomfortable house. Whenever it rains, I more often suffer from pneumonia, a condition that drains me financially. Moreover, I become weak during rainy seasons thus I become unable to engage in any income generating activities.
