How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The greatest difference in my life is that I now have my own cow which I bought with the money which I got from GD. Also, my children are going to school full time as before they use to stay home due to lack of school fees.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
To me, Give Directly is doing somthing good by allowing people to spent thier money
What did you spend your second transfer on?
The money which I got from Give Directly as the second payment I spent part of it to buy a cow, maize for consumption and pay school fees for my children. I spent the rest to buy ironsheets for building a kitchen

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference is that now I got my own house which I had been requesting my husband to built for us a house for so long.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I got a message confirming that I had just recieve money to my phone I was so greatful and thank GD so much.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
The moment I got these transfer I had no house and was living with my grandmother. When I got these transfer I spent to built my own house. The rest I spent to pay school fees for my children and buy food for my family.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is fending for my family.i do not have any source of income except for the casual jobs I do and the money I am paid is hardly enough to feed,clothe and educate my children
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when I am done with my duties for the day.This is the time that i get to take a rest and share stories with my children
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will greatly change my life and that pf my family.We have a very small piece of land which cannot even produce enough to feed my family hence when i receive i will be able to acquire another one
