Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I simply went numb
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
There are quite noticeable differences in my present life and life before the transfer. Hunger is obviously a an old story and I now have a descent space to sleep in.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my transfer on a couple of things. However at the top of my list was fertilizer as this is a growing season. After that I bought a mattress, two blankets, iron sheets. I even managed to get some plastering done on my house so that it looks good. I then saved the remainder of my transfer as I am into the fish business. That is essentially my current working capital.
