How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, farming which is the main source of food and income for myself has been made easier with the bulls I bought with this transfer, My transportation has also been made easier with my bicycle and I above all I have got a piece of mind because I can now afford basic needs, I couldn't have achieved all these had I not received this transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly has done well to give me cash direct, which has enabled buy bulls for farming and a bicycle that has ease my transportation, and I have not seen any thing bad that Give Directly did on my side.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to purchase a bull to complement the one I bought with the first transfer for farming, a bicycle, ox-plough, a drum and the remaining transfer I spend on buying food for myself.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I now sleep in a better mattress compared to th one I slept on before.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my first transfer, I felt excited.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I reeived my first transfer, I bought a bull to help in ploughing worth 950,000ugx. I also bought a mattress at 100,000ugx in order to improve on my living conditions. I bought food like cassava, sorghum and vegetables worth 150,000ugx. I paid my medical bills worth 65,000ugx and repaired my bicycle to help on transport business worth 40,000ugx. I bought utensils worth 60,000ugx. I have deposited 135,000ugx for a plot of land to build a home for one of my grand child. The balance of 200,000ugx, I want to use for buying clothes for myself.

When I receiving this money, I am going to buy oxen to help improve on my agricultural practices.

The happiest part of my life is the time i am sitted with my children joking together and having a chance to share meals.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is the frequent Asthmatic attacks and i was diagnosed with pressure.
