How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to build my house. I was living in my family place, and since I started receiving money from GiveDirectly I decided to buy land and build my own house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is people helping people very well in addressing poverty. The money they gave was so helpful in helping me and my family. I dont see anything they are not doing well.

I spent my last transfer to pay my three children school fees.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
After I received the transfer from GiveDirectly, I plan to buy one and the half lot of land, two bundle of zinc and six pack of nails to build my new house, then I thought on paying my five children school fees.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly can help people financially, so they can be able to build house for they and their family, and to also send their children to school. GiveDirectly does not ask for food nor water or anything from people.

When I withdraw my money, I bought one and the half lot of land, two bundle of zinc and six pack of nails to build my new house, then I pay my five children school fees.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Right now my children are not in school because i don't have money to register them. When i receive this transfer, i will register my children and pay their school fees. I will use the next transfer to do business in order to continue supporting my children in school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months what really brought happiness to me was when I got the information that one NGO was coming to help us.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest challenges are finances. My husband left me with three children and went away. I have to work hard to find food and support my children in school. My plans are to give my children the best education but i don't the finance.
