What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I'm successful to receive this transfer from GiveDirectly, I will use the money to build a house and start a business. When I graduated from Tubman University in November 2020, I started a volunteer job at Momaken clinic in December 2021. I also treat community dwellers privately. The money I earn from the private treatment I give to some community dwellers is what am sustaining on and is not enough to build a house and start a business of my own. I want to build a house and attached a pharmacy to it where I will be selling drugs to the community dwellers instead of them going to Kanweaken to buy medicines when the nurses prescribed drugs for them to buy.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months, what has brought me joy or happiness is when my oldest brother Patrick Swen sent me the amount of fifty (50) United States dollars in March 2022. It brought so much joy to me because since I took an assignment in this town in December 2021 things had not been easy for me and besides I'm a volunteer nurse.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The challenge I'm facing now is getting money to build a house and start a business. When I graduated from Tubman University in November 2020, I started a volunteer job at Momaken clinic in December 2021. I also treat community dwellers privately. The money I earn from the private treatment I give to some community dwellers is what am sustaining on and is not enough to build a house and start a business of my own. I want to build a house and attached a pharmacy to it where I will be selling drugs to the community dwellers instead of them going to Kanweaken to buy medicines when the nurses prescribed drugs for them to to buy. I will appreciate any help from GiveDirectly to improve my livelihood.
