How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed in a way that now i have food in my house and very soon i will have a house with iron sheet. Before GD came, we were experiencing food shortage in my house and our house was in a bad state for our own safety.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly does well in improving our socioeconomic status, so that we are able to afford basic needs and other things we could not on our own.

I bought 6 bags of maize and used the rest to build my house with the resources I gathered with the first transfer.

Receiving this money means so much to me,I'm so thankful that you choose this village to work with,what is remaining for us is to wait till the money comes.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is during evening hours,because thats when i rest and forget about my sickness.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i currently have is my health status,literally i have been suffering from stroke since 2014,apparently i cant stretch my right hand as well as my right leg,i have been wanting to meet a legit physician to help me with my problem but i can't because of my financial status,I'm really hopeful that after i get the transfer i will meet the required physician and possibly get healed with the grace of GOD
