How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I had never recieved the transfer in that, I am well off financially as I can afford what ever I want. Before, my life was very miserable.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well by helping me to improve my standard of life. However, givedirectly has done nothing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials such as Window, doors, cement. This is to help me fit the house that I had built using the first transfer. Then I bought some household items like mattress, jerricans, utensils this is to try and modernise my home. I am using part of my transfer for treatment as I had a miscarriage. I am saving some money for future use.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I built agood house for my family unlike before my house would lick whether it rains but I had no money to do repairs or for building agood house. Thank you GD for helping me build abig and nice house.

The moment I received my money, I was overwhelmed with joy and started dancing while shouting in joy.

I spent my first transfer to bricks at 600,000ugx, iron sheets, timber and nails at 467,000ugx ,construction labor costed 300000ugx, cement at 87,000ugx, food at 70,000ugx, clothes at 76,000ugx and savings at 100,000ugx.

Receiving this money means I will be able to build an iron roofed house, buy household items.

I am happiest in the evening when my children come back from school and they are playing.
