What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means a better house for my family to have a comfortable place to stay. I would love to build a house with burnt bricks and iron sheets. My house was destroyed with rains two years ago. At the moment, I stay in my brother's house which they gave us to seek shelter while we earn money so we can be able to build another house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The things that has brought happiness in my life the past months were initiation ceremonies that were happening in our community. My nephew was one of the participant's and there was a lot of food and dances.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The challenge that I am currently facing is not having a stable source of income. My husband sometimes sells charcoal so we can be able to have food and other basic needs when casual jobs are scarce. It is a challenge because sometimes we usually just have one meal a day and it also affects my child education since we are not able to provide all the educational materials she needs.
