How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Since I started receiving transfer from GiveDirectly, my goal have been establishing my own business. For the passed years I have been doing daily hired job tapping rubber for someone. However, with my transfers from GiveDirectly I decided to establish my own gasoline business. For this reason most of my transfer was spend on purchasing a thirteen gallons of gasoline. Moreover, the remaining portion is kept to buy a bundle of zinc to build my house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion,GiveDirectly have done nothing. They impacted my life greatly by sending me unconditional cash to change my living standard positively.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
Things have been difficult for my family. I'm a rubber tapper. I get paid according to how many cups of rubber I tap a day. Sometimes I don't have get enough money. I was on my way to the rubber plantations when my wife came running to tell me that there's money in my phone. I checkedy account. I was overwhelmed. That moment i will never forget in my life. GiveDirectly is really here for us the poor people. After receiving rest of the transfers our life will not be the same again. I'm so excited that I got on this program.

The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving transfer from GiveDirectly is that I am not stressed no more. I can now afford to feed my family. I am so happy for this. Our lives will now get better. We will never have to worry anymore. Our lives will improve. We will never be poor again.

I am so grateful to God for this amazing opportunity. This is a dream come through for me. We live in a family house. Things have been so hard on us. GiveDirectly is doing so much well for us. Assisting us with this huge amount of money and asking for nothing in return. That is so overwhelming. I used some of my money to buy zinc. I also started a new business to be able to sustain my family. Hopefully when I receive rest of the transfers I will add up my business. I'm so excited for this program. Our lives will never be the same again.

I intend to build my house and to further my education with the funds I will get from Givedirectly transfer.

The coming of GD to my town today brought me joy and this is the best thing that has happened to me over the past six months.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My current challenge now is getting back to school. I have the desire to complete secondary education but findings has been my problem.
