What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
Firstly I will buy iron sheets and put on my roof so that when it rains I don't have to rush home and cover up delicates. I will also cement my house and buy food. Some money will be invested in goats since I only have chickens.
What is the happiest part of your day?
There hasn't been anything extraordinary. Live is as it is and I'm barely surviving.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
At the moment, i am struggling with food. I am old and can't do much. I have to send my grandchildren to do most things for me like going to the maize mill, fetching firewood and water. I make locally brewed alcohol and sell as a source of income. Business is slow and with the high food prices I fail to buy enough. Hence struggling.
