Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was sitting with my friends at my neighbour's house when I received the transfer alert from GiveDirectly. Upon checking, I realised that my transfer has been sent. At that moment, I was happy and immediately left the gathering in preparation to move to Pleebo to withdraw my money.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The difference was that prior to the arrival of the money, I was tired up with so many burdens. I was thinking how to build my own house, brush under my cocoa farm etc, but with the arrival of the money, I feel like a boss. I can say that in the soonest possible time I will own a zinc house.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought two bundles of zinc and four packs of zinc nails for the roofing of the house. I also pay five men to clear the undergrowth of my cocoa farm.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I have plans in life but one of my biggest dream is to see myself into agriculture work. The reason I am saying this; when you look around today most of ou food we eat come from outside the country. We no longer want to make our own farm to produce food for our family, community and the nation at large. So I sat and thought it wise that becoming a man to engage in food production will be a good idea. So my plans and dreams is to be a food producer in a huge quantity.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I think the happiest news is you people now who have decided to help me. And with this I know I will meet my goals.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently as I am speaking with you,I have my cocoa farm with other food products where people come to buy from me eg:pepper, egg plant bitter ball ,eddoes and corn. These are some of our day to day food we eat and this is what I want to become a very big producers when it comes to this. My problem now is more land space, manpower and lastly money .
