How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I plan to pay my son hospital bills, plaster my house, save some of the money and to do a business.

Paying my son hospital bills, having enough money to plaster my house and even making business are all great blessing that give directly did for me. There came a time, where in , I could not afford money by myself to do all these things. It was through give directly help, all of them were fulfilled.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I am Lydia Kawah from folley town, Bomi County Liberia. I was very excited when I receive transfer massage from Givedrectly and started dancing because, I was suffering in this village, making cassava farm and growing other crops just to get food to eat. When I receive the transfer massage from Givedrectly I was so happy because, I have not receive such amount of money in my life.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I now have mattress to sleep on, my children are in school, I have my own garden And have food to eat. Before receiving money from Givedrectly I was suffering marking cassava farm and planning other furit just to get food. When I receive the remaining money from Givedrectly I will plaster my house, start business and support my children schooling.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I use the amount of ten thousand Liberian dollars to pay ten men to brush my pepper garden and bought two bags of fertilizers to grow my crops, bought mattress, and floor mat. I send the remaining money of eight thousand five hundred Liberia dollars to monrovia for my children school fees.
