"The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is lack of money to start a business. I am always passionate about starting my own small business which will help reduce poverty in my family but due to lack of capital, i have not been able to realise my dreams. "

"I prioritize like that because I would love to start a new business of selling cereals since I have seen people getting good profit from it and I will have stable income and support my family. Secondly I will start agribusiness since with food it's sureity. Food is important since I can use some to eat at home while I sell the rest. Lastly I will also pay rent with the remaining amount so that for some few months I can have piece of mind. "

"My top concern is unemployment because right now the Kenyan economy is high for a normal person. Without a job as a parent can be very tricky because it means your kids lack some nececities. Secondly sickness worries me slot because there are many sickness in today's world and they are very expensive to treat and may lead to death due to poverty. Lastly, crime within the slums has caused many people their lives and one can't know when they will be victims."

"My ambition is to be a successful business woman in future. With this I will engage in selling of clothes that are trendy and hope my life will change and be able to leave in any place I want. I would invest in buying and selling land to get profit as well as building rental houses to supplement my income. I will make sure I support my children to have quality education because its the best gift a parent can give as well as providing other basic needs for them."

"The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is being evicted from Mau in 2010.It was a really tough time for my family:we had no place to stay since we had already sold our ancestral land and used the money to buy land in Mau,my kids were young by then and their education was interrupted since we had to stay in a camp for sometime. We were never compensated by the government as promised so i resorted to casual labour, I had to save over 2 years to enable me to buy this 2 acre piece of land."
