What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my third transfer on paying school fees for my two children who were in high school and now I am proud that out of Givedirectly support one of them who is my daughter was able to finished her high school education last year.I also bought a sofa seat set and started a small scale fish vending business to boost my household income .

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of my second transfer to pay school fees for my children who are in high school. I bought cooler to store fish during transportation, the remaining amount, I have kept aside to use in buying fish.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.

I spend my first transfer on buying a gas-cooker 5500 KES to assist me in preparation of food on time for my school going children. I paid cultivation fees by using a tractor since my oxen died in the drought season.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have ever faced in life is being overburdened. As a widower I find it so hard to balance responsibilities since I now stand as a father and a "mother" to my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when am sharing breakfast with my staff mates at school.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means a change in the well being of my family and uplifting my living standards.
