What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am very excited to receive this money because i will now be able to have a better house which i have always wanted. I want to buy ironsheets for my house and i believe this money will be enough to roof it. I will buy 30 ironsheets which i hope will be enough. If the money is still available after buying ironsheets i want to buy 4 bags fertilizer for the maize garden. I want to have more food next year and if i apply fertilizer i have hope i will achieve this
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the afternoon because that is the time i usually have my first meal of the day and mostly the only meal of the day. When i wake up in the morning i go to the lake to sell fresh maize at the lake to the fishermen and i come back around noon to prepare lunch.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is lack of enough food. I am an old woman and i find food on my own which is very hard. I barely have money to buy other basic needs such as soap or sugar. I usually don't eat breakfast because i dont have enough food. Having breakfast is more like wasting food for me
