Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Through this financial support, I was in position to buy 3 cows that I later paid as dowry to my wife's parents. Furthermore, all family members and I have descent and enough clothes something that has made me very happy and confident in public. Prior to receiving this cash transfer, I had been staying with my wife without giving her parents anything that had started to affect my relationship with them and we had few clothes that were old..
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very happy the moment I received my money because it was going to help me buy cows that I would pay as dowary.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to purchase 3 cows, a mattress, bed and clothes for all family members.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to marry my wife and formalise our stay together as husband and wife. This will enable us to build a strong family and start up a new life. I will also buy some livestock which will reproduce and support me in taking care of some eventualities that may arise in the future.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the noon time when I am seated with my wife especially after we have had luch. We make fun.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is staying with a woman as a wife yet I have not paid bride price. My parents-in-law have always demanded for dowary from me but I don't have the capacity to take care of the need. I have lived together with my wife for one year now but with a lot of pressure. It is a risk on my side because in the case that something bad happens say for example that she dies before I pay bride price, the outcome will be so bad that the in-laws can even destroy my home.
