How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months,I will be leading a more comfortable life with my business having picked up.

The biggest difference in daily life is that I was able to send my children to school using the money I received from GiveDirectly and they were not sent out.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to start my own business.
How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Apart from being able to send my children to school, and having cattle to raise, I was also able to feed my family with more ease. This is how different my life has been as compared to how it was four months ago.

Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to buy livestock.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Were it not for GiveDirectly,maybe I could have been auctioned. I had a loan that was long overdue and I managed to repay once I got money from them. This is has changed my current life as I do not have to worry anymore.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months,I hope my life shall have changed with my kraal full of livestock.

I had a shop that had collapsed for lack of capital but I am glad it picked up after I received money from GiveDirectly. This is the biggest difference in my daily life.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have currently is lack of school fees for my children since the money we get from farming is hardly enough to feed the family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is at night when I retire to bed since I am done with the day's activities and I can have some rest.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend this money on starting a new business to support my family and pay school fees for my children whor are in secondary school and polytechnic.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having taken my children to school, one of them is in polytechnic, another one just cleared secondary school and one is still in secondary school. I am happy because I never imagined I could make it.
