Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life is better now in that, I have own an ox that is going to enable me plough and plant in time. I am expecting increased my yields this time round. Previously, I had low yields as a result of delayed planting because I didn't own an ox. The oxen owners first cultivated their farms before they could come plough my farm. Further more, I am hopeful to construct an iron roofed house after getting my second transfer since I have already paid part of the construction materials.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I received MTN mobile money message at around 9:00 am while I was in church. I was very happy after I confirming with my mobile money balance because I had never received that sum of money in my life time.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my transfer to purchase an ox that is going to help me plough my piece of land. In addition, I paid for 12 pieces of iron sheets and 3 trips of bricks. The money that was left, I bought a pair of bed sheets, plates and paid medical bills for the children.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to buy oxen that will support in cultivatin. This can improve food production in my home making it easier for me to feed my family. Selling part of the harvest so as to solve other household needs will also be made easier since I will be having enough to take care of the family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening when I am seated with my daughters-in-law. We are able to plan how best we can develop our home.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is the fact that I don't have oxen that would support in cultivatin. I do not have the amount of money that can enable me to buy and yet there is need. I cultivate late because I have to wait untill someone offers to support me. It is one of the reasons that I have always got low yields and food shortage in the end.
