In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well by giving out unconditional cash transfer to enable people in the community to invest in what the like the most. I do not find anything that GiveDirectly did not do well.

I spend part of my second transfer on to repay the loan that I had borrowed to boost my business, I also bought food for the family and the rest of the money I used it to pay workers who were working on my farm.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Besides my shop business, I do quarrying as my other occupation. However, the latter had been hampered by the fact that I do not have money to pay my workers. Thus receiving this money means I have received enough capital to resuscitate the whole operation, including transportation and dues for my employees.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I close my shop business everyday around 8:00pm. This is the time I have an opportunity to reflect on the day, relax and eat supper while spending time with my family. This is the happiest part of my day.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I have had a chest ailment since the year 2010, a condition that has since been diagnosed to be a compilation of asthma and allergy. This disease has seen me in and out of hospital within very short interval of months. It has affected my ability to work and provide for my family. Seeking medication too requires money, which is a challenge to my family. This is the biggest challenge I have faced in my life.
