What did you spend your third transfer on?
I had started a project of farming sugarcane in a 2 acre land with the second transfer, so when I received this last transfer it helped me top up and finish up with paying workers and buying fertilizer, I did this as an investment project to help me in the near future. Then I had finished college a while back but I had not finished the fee and the institute was withholding my certificate until I finish paying up the arrears so I paid the amount and was able to collect my certificate.
