What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on iron sheets. I used my transfer to buy iron sheets for a house because my second transfer was not enough to cover the iron sheets too.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Before receiving the transfer I did have school fees for my children, feeding was poor and my house was badly off but after receiving the transfer I pay school fees for my children, I feed well and my house is being renovated from its former condition. So my life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to give us money and sensitising us about the program.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
Ok, iron sheets, bricks and timber! I used my second transfer to buy building materials for a better and bigger house because the one i have now is very small for my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Being able to eat well and pay my children school fees is the biggest difference in my daily life. I used my second transfer to buy food for my family. I also paid school fees for my children. I am happy.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
Ok, on Food, mattress and bedsheets! I utilized my first-time transfer to buy food because in this dry season food has been scare leading to starving in my family. I also spent on a mattress and bedsheets because I was lacking them at all but now I am happy because I have them.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
Early in the morning my helper came to me and I asked to check for me whether I also received money, lacky enough I had received the money and I rejoyced.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on improving my house. The remaining balance will help me buy food for survival of my family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I was able to buy construct my small house through farming.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My children are ever sickly and I am ever in hospital. I spend a lot of money on hospital bills.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is afternoon hours. After struggling a lot in the morning, this is the time I get to relax my mind.
