What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a bag of maize at a cost 5600 KES. I bought a cow at a cost of 17000 KES that I'm planing to sell the calves in future to help me pay school fee for my daughter who is currently in class eight. I bought 3 saving machines at a cost of 6000 KES. I bought a table at 3000 KES and building material (nails and timber) at 7000 KES. I used 5000 KES on brick business and used the rest of the money on buying clothes for my children.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I now have a source of income from both the brick business and barber shop I opened. I can now easily meet my needs.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that we now have an income generating activity which is our shaving kiosk where my husband works and earn enough income to support our family.

The biggest hardship is educating my children,it's very hard for us to keep them in school since we don't get enough money to take care of our daily needs.

The happiest part of my day is when my children are in school and they are not sent away for school fees.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
