Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My next plan is to revive poultry farming which had collapsed after my flock was swept by a disease. Chicken feeds are readily available and believe that it will be easier to manage as I have learnt best farm practises to keep the birds healthy by vaccinating which I didn't do before.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The second transfer which I received from Give Directly I spent a large portion on buying livestock. I bought a frishian heifer with an intention of rearing the animal for milk production. I believe that having one would mean that I will have a reliable source of income through the sale of milk once the heifer matures and calve down. This money would help me to raise money for paying school fees for my children.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I believe I would have revived poultry farming and that I would be collecting eggs which when I get to sell I would have some income. The money earned from this venture would enable me to meet my daily expenses and also save some to pay school fees for my children.
