My life is currently different because I am able to access money to fulfil my dreams even without having to depend on my husband for any financial support. I am able to buy food for our consumption and a lot of it even without having to work extra hard as a casual worker. I am now also able to buy livestock for rearing as financial security for the family. On the other hand, my children get a chance of staying in school and concentrating on their studies as I am able to settle their school fees right on time.

I would love to save and contribute towards organizing a remembrance mass for my late mother. As a family, we have a culture that must be followed and it is only appropriate that we do this to our mother.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I was able to buy livestock for rearing. I wish to rear the livestock to get more which we can sell and pay school fees for my children and grandchild. Through rearing livestock, the family can easily settle any financial problem and we can also get a few of the products to eat to nourish our health. This has been something I wanted to venture into so I was super excited when I started receiving the transfers as I saw the chance of saving and setting up the business.

By the end of the six months, I shall have bought the cow for slaughtering and the other foodstuff that I plan to use in my mother's remembrance ceremony. To organize this, I need to save the transfers over time and add to what my other siblings have contributed and we shall be set to go.

My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because I am eating very well because I always make sure that when I get money from GiveDirectly I have to buy some tins of maize for my consumption. I am also very sure of staying in a nice plastered house because I have saved enough money to complete the project.

My new goal is to start saving money and buy plastering materials and plastered my house since l am staying in a very dusty house.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that l am able to pay school fee for my children with ease I do not need to struggle so much as I used to do before people in their farm. I am also able to hire people to work on my farm, I no longer use my own hand till

In the next six months l expect I have completed plastering my house and the staying in comfortably.

I recently started a cereal business which has brought a very big difference in my life. I am now able to provide for my family and even pay for my children's school fees without having to rely on my polygamous husband's support. My husband lives in the city with his second wife and mostly forgets about us here back at home. This business has given a lot of independence and stability as a woman and I feel so proud of my self.

I have always wanted to plaster my house which is currently made of mud, especially the floor which is mostly dusty and requires constant maintenance. My husband has agreed to assist with the school fee payments and this will give me the opportunity to save over the next few months to achieve this plan.

Because I was not able to educate my first two children beyond primary school level due to lack of school fees, I am happy each time I see my two younger children currently in secondary go to school. They joined this year and receiving transfers from GD has given me courage because I know I am able to pay for their fees. I also started a small business which also gives me a little income to supplement the transfers.

In the next six months, I hope that I will have plastered my house and will no longer have to be worried about constantly looking for the materials for the repair. This will also improve my family's general health as they will not be affected by dust which is currently causing us respiratory problems.

Four months ago my children used to suffer a lot because they had to be on and off from school when they were sent home for school fees arrears but right now I pay their fees on time and let them spend more time in school rather than being home and missing out on what the teachers are teaching.

I am planning to buy a few bags of cement and a truck of sand that I will use to plaster my house and transform it from a mud house to a semi-permanent structure. I was not able to get the bags of cement before because the amount of money I had saved was too little.

I have been able to use the money to pay school fees for my children who were being sent home due to fee arrears. Initially when they were sent away from school they would stay at home for more than one week before going back to school when I was still looking for cash. Right now they spend most of their time concentrating on their studies and I believe their academic performance will be much better in the future.

I am planning to buy household items such as a new sofa-set which I have always lacked for quite a long time. The seat that I have right now is old and in a dilapidated state and it embarrasses me so much whenever I get visitors who come to pay me a visit. Once I get the seats I know my living standard will have been elevated to some extent.

I was able to buy sheep for rearing for sale later during financial emergencies.

I expect my life to be totally different as I will pay school fee for my child and now they will stay in school and study.

I have less stress lately as I am saving towards plastering my house. I bought livestock for rearing,food for family consumption.I also paid school fee for my children.

I have no new goal.
