What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on doing electrical wiring in my house. I want to do away with the tin lamp. This will help avoid too much strain and also the frequent illnesses caused by the smoke. I also paid school fees for my three children in secondary school. They are in school now.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I can say that I received this my second transfer when school fees arrears were overwhelming me for instances, I had 3 children in a secondary school and one in a primary school and therefore it facilitated education of my children.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I am sincerely thankful to Give Directly. They have really offered me a great relief that can't go unmentioned on the side of my childrens' education. I am glad that even as we talk, they are in school learning normally.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent a huge sum of my first transfer to pay part of school fees for three of my children in secondary school who had just been sent back home for school fees. I also bought a bag of maize for food and then paid examination fees for two of my children in primary school.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was really happy when I received the money. My children had just been sent home for fees and I immediately decide to pay part of their fees.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Firstly, I intend to use part of the transfer to build a bigger house, because this one is small. Secondly, I plan to use another part of the transfer to pay school fees for the four children in secondary school. Lastly, I plan to use the remaining amount to buy a cow, that would provide us with milk for family use, and also be as an investment for my famly.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I'm very proud of is that, I have been able to provide food for my family, with savings from my small business, despite the challenges I have been facing.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Paying school fees for the four children in secondary school, is the biggest hardship I have faced.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the mornings, when I'm having breakfast together with my family.
