Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in Zuajah for burial on that day when I received a message on my phone from GiveDirectly that I have received 35625LD. I was so exicted, I was worrying how I could pay my children school fees, therefore when the transfer hits my phone, the first thing that ran to my mind was to pay my children school fees and buy enough food and pay people to make bricks for the construction of my house.

I was finding it very difficult in supporting my children, but for now that I have started receiving cash transfer from GiveDirectly I know that my life have changed for good because I am now coming to build my own house.

"My plan for the money is to make business as I was doing before, because it is the only way I can support my children in their schools. All of my children are out of school because there's no money to support them and provide their daily needs ".

"Right now, my major challenge is the lack of money, as we speak school is about to open but my children are yet to register all because of money. We have many difficulties in getting food".
